Returns Policy

At Wescan Embroidery & Printing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@wescanedmonton.com and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include:

  • Your order number and date of purchase
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

Once you receive your RMA number, write it clearly on the outside of your return parcel and ship the item(s) to:

Item Condition

Returned items must be in reasonable condition — minor signs of inspection are acceptable, but items should not show damage or signs of heavy use. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation should be included where possible.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for another item, or store credit. Our team will work with you to find the best resolution.
