Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@wescanedmonton.com and
request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include:
Your order number and date of purchase
The item(s) you would like to return
The reason for the return
Once you receive your RMA number, write it clearly on the outside of your return parcel and
ship the item(s) to:

Item Condition
Returned items must be in reasonable condition — minor signs of inspection are
acceptable, but items should not show damage or signs of heavy use. All original packaging,
accessories, and documentation should be included where possible.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return
shipping costs.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return
shipping.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund to your original payment method, an
exchange for another item, or store credit. Our team will work with you to find the best
resolution.
