Embroidery

Classic, professional decoration that adds texture and sophistication to any garment. The premium choice for corporate wear and lasting impressions.

Embroidery is a decoration method that uses threaded needles to stitch your design directly into the fabric. The result is a textured, three-dimensional decoration with a premium look and feel that conveys quality and professionalism. Embroidered logos are exceptionally durable and maintain their appearance through years of washing and wear.

Premium Look and Feel

There's something special about embroidery. The raised texture and subtle sheen of quality thread creates a polished, executive look that printed methods simply can't replicate. Embroidery says "quality" without saying a word — which is why it remains the gold standard for corporate apparel, team uniforms, and branded workwear.

Flexible Ordering

Unlike some decoration methods, embroidery has no minimum order — you can order even a single piece. That said, embroidery becomes more cost-effective with larger orders, as the initial digitizing (converting your artwork to a stitch file) is a one-time cost. Once your design is digitized, subsequent orders simply pay for stitching. Pricing is based on stitch count, so simpler designs cost less than highly detailed ones.

When to Choose Embroidery

Embroidery excels on polos, caps, jackets, bags, and any item where you want a premium presentation. It's perfect for corporate logos, team names, employee names, and designs where durability and professional appearance matter most.

Frequently Asked Questions

No minimum order is required for embroidery. You can order a single piece or thousands — we accommodate orders of all sizes. Larger orders do receive better per-piece pricing.

Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. There's typically a one-time digitizing fee for new designs, but once digitized, your design is saved for future orders at no additional charge.

Embroidery works best with bold, clean designs. Very small text (under 1/4 inch) and extremely fine details may not translate well. Our team reviews every design and will advise if adjustments would improve the final result.

We embroider everything from small left-chest logos (typically 3-4 inches wide) to large back designs (up to 12+ inches). The most popular placement is left-chest for a clean, professional look.

Embroidery involves stitching through fabric, so very delicate or sheer materials may not be suitable. We use proper stabilizers and techniques for different fabric types. If you're concerned about a specific material, let us know and we'll advise.

Embroidered designs are extremely durable — they typically outlast the garment itself. The thread is colorfast and won't crack, peel, or fade like some printed methods can.

Yes, we can embroider customer-supplied garments. Please contact us first so we can confirm the items are suitable for embroidery and discuss any special considerations.
