There are no color limits and no setup fees — your 50-color design costs the same as a 2-color design. DTG works best on 100% cotton garments. Cotton-polyester blends (50/50 or higher cotton content) also work well. Pure polyester or synthetic fabrics are not recommended for DTG — consider AccuPrint or sublimation instead.
With proper care, DTG prints last well through regular washing. Wash inside-out in cold water and avoid high heat drying to maximize longevity. The prints may soften slightly over time but won't crack or peel.
DTG doesn't have the economies of scale that screen printing offers. Each piece is printed individually. However, DTG has no setup costs, making it actually more economical for small orders or designs with many colors.
Yes. For dark garments, we first apply a white base layer, then print your design on top. This ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate on any garment color.
DTG orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Since there's no screen setup required, turnaround is often faster than screen printing for comparable quantities.
